A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by <br />Commissioner Tarver to approve Tract 5801 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report as this subdivision meets the <br />zoning and General Plan policies of the City. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahren, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-88-90 was entered and adopted approving Tract <br />5801 as motioned. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hovingh to approve Tract 5802 subject to the <br />conditions of the staff report as this subdivision conforms to <br />the zoning and General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-88-91 was entered and adopted approving Tract <br />5802 as motioned. <br />Commissioner Tarver stated that he voted for approval of these <br />tracts based upon the fact that they projects are already <br />approved. He doesn't think these projects should be developed <br />until the Bernal Avenue loop is completed, not just under <br />construction. <br />Chairman Michelotti asked about the Vineyard Avenue moratorium. <br />Mr. Swift stated that, technically, the moratorium is not lifted. <br />They can't take out a building permit yet, but can do everything <br />up to that point. Chairman Michelotti asked when the moratorium <br />would be lifted. Mr. Swift said it would be lifted any day now. <br />This was confirmed by Mr. Elliott. <br />-13- <br />
