Mr. Gooch urged approval of his applications and <br />stated that he agrees with the conditions recommended by staff. <br />Chairman Michelotti asked about Vine Street. They will, however, have some tying agreements. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Hovingh said he had walked the area of Vine Street <br />and had some concerns with high density where some young children <br />might be confronted with moving cars on the street. He would <br />like to see a 15 mile speed limit or something otherwise marked <br />for safety. Mr. Quaglia stated that the street is designed to be <br />40' from curb-to-curb with two 12' travel lanes. The feeling of <br />narrowness comes from the reduced setbacks. <br />-12- <br />
