NEW BUSINESS - Public Hearings <br />UP-88-32, Family Bible Church <br />Application of Family Bible Church for a conditional use permit <br />to operate a church within an existing office/light industrial <br />complex located at 1072 Serpentine Lane. Zoning for the property <br />is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial District. <br />Mr. Quaglia presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />this application. <br />Commissioner Tarver commented that the City needs to do something <br />to create more publicly-zoned land. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Terry Zanerson, represented the application and stated that 80$ <br />of the church members are from Pleasanton. They originally met <br />in Pleasanton, moved to Dublin and now desire to return to <br />Pleasanton. Mr. Zanerson urged approval of this application. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Hovingh, seconded by <br />Commissioner Tarver that findings as shown in the staff report <br />are made and that case UP-88-32 be approved subject to the <br />conditions shown in that report. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Mahern, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Hoyt <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-88-89 was entered and adopted approving Case <br />UP-88-32 as motioned. <br />Tract 5801, Caldwell <br />Application of Harry and Roberta Caldwell to subdivide an <br />approximately 2 acre site into 13 parcels for single-family <br />residential use and one parcel for access and open space uses to <br />be located at 3745 Vineyard Avenue. Zoning for the property is <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density Residential <br />District. <br />-11- <br />
