Mr. King then discussed other <br />lots with elevations such that the fill will have little impact <br />one way or the other. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />Commissioner Michelotti asked Mr. Quaglia about the views. Mr. <br />Quaglia explained that staff understands Mr. King's concerns, but <br />the views, as a matter of fact, are already gone. The views from <br />the lots across from the subject site (in the adjacent Tract <br />5835) are 519' - 512'. Fill in some of the lots across from the <br />project have the same elevation and some are greater. Mr. <br />Quaglia also that the fill varies 0-30 feet within the approved <br />Tract 5835. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Berger, seconded by Chairman <br />Lindsey to accept the preliminary grading plan as shown on the <br />exhibit furnished to the Commission. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioner Berger and Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: Commissioners Hoyt, Michelotti, and Tarver <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-88-39 was entered and adopted denying approval <br />of the rough grading plan as proposed by Chris Beratlis for his <br />property located at 2727 Crellin Road. <br />Mr. Beratlis was then advised he has 15 days in which to appeal <br />this decision to the City Council. <br />Review of Final Alignment and Cross-Section of Foothill Road -- <br />Golden Eagle Farms Frontage <br />Mr-. Quaglia presented the staff report recommending approval of <br />the applicant's request. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Kathy Merrill, Thompson and Merrill, represented the applicant. <br />Ms. Merrill indicated that both she and Messrs. Currin and Timm <br />are in accord with staff recommendations. Ms. Merrill then <br />reviewed the plan. <br />Commissioner Berger discussed the Golf Villa loop road. <br />Ms. Merrill stated that the width varies from an average of 25' <br />to 40'. Commissioner Berger asked about the meandering pathway. <br />Ms. Merrill stated that it is a pedestrian path and the north and <br />southbound bike lanes are on Foothill Road. <br />Commissioner Tarver asked if there is any concern with only have <br />one driveway now.
