Mr. <br />Quaglia explained that staff understands Mr. King's concerns, but <br />the views, as a matter of fact, are already gone. The views from <br />the lots across from the subject site (in the adjacent Tract <br />5835) are 519' - 512'. Fill in some of the lots across from the <br />project have the same elevation and some are greater. Currin and Timm <br />are in accord with staff recommendations. Ms. Merrill then <br />reviewed the plan. <br />Commissioner Berger discussed the Golf Villa loop road. <br />Ms. Merrill stated that the width varies from an average of 25' <br />to 40'. Commissioner Berger asked about the meandering pathway. <br />Ms. Merrill stated that it is a pedestrian path and the north and <br />southbound bike lanes are on Foothill Road. <br />Commissioner Tarver asked if there is any concern with only have <br />one driveway now.
