the emergency access road is kept, one driveway is sufficient. <br />Ms. Merrill stated that the Phase 2 plan will have more detail. <br />The public hearing was closed. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Tarver, seconded by <br />Commissioner Hoyt to approve the final alignment and <br />cross-section of Foothill Road -- Golden Eagle Farms Frontage as <br />presented by staff. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />Resolution No. PC-88-40 was entered and adopted approving the <br />final alignment and cross-section of Foothill Road -- Golden <br />Eagle Farms Frontage as presented by staff. <br />COMMONICATIONS <br />Referring to the negative vote for the rough grading permit for <br />the lands of Chris Beratlis, Chairman Lindsey asked that as a <br />point of record, the Planning Commissioners should in the future <br />make it a little more clear when they are voting against an issue <br />to give the applicants some direction so that they may, in the <br />future, better plan their projects. Commissioner Hoit stated <br />that he was opposed to excessive fill in this area of town, and <br />Commissioner Tarver felt everyone concerned should have received <br />proper notice. Commissioner Michelotti indicated she had no <br />problem with the fill but was concerned with the elevation of the <br />lots. <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />Chairman Lindsey stated that he will retirement from the Planning <br />Commission at the end of May.
