PUD_87=4-1M1_Ferreri/Matteson <br />Application of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for a major <br />modification to an approved development plan f or a 264-unit <br />condominium complex to delete 20 units from the project, change <br />the mix of one and two-bedroom units, alter floor plans and the <br />configuration of the recreation area, and related improvements <br />located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road <br />approximately 4,BOD feet west of the intersection of Foothill <br />Road and Old Dublin Road. Zoning for the property is FUD <br />tFlanned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential District. <br />Mr. Swift presented the staff report, stating that Conditions <br />and ~ had been replaced. He recommended approval of Case <br />FUD-B?-4-iM subject to all the conditions of the staff report as <br />revised. <br />The public hearing was opened. <br />Duncan Matteson represented the application.
