Additional traflic impacts would br. 63 homes (630-30) plus golf course traffic (643) plus <br />golfcoursc homes (340) = 1583 trips. <br />The Committee also had the ability to create an additional option of its choosing but there was no <br />COnSCIISUS t0 d0 SO. <br />Committee members were asked to vote "yes' or "no" for each of the options by placing a colored <br />dot on the options that they supported. Committee members could vote for all, some, or none. Designate the ma~innuu hci~~ht fir homes at 30 feet <br />2. Monitor traffic on the bypass road after consU-uction for possible installation of traflic <br />calming methods <br />3. Include a 4 foot crushed granite pathway along bypass road for use by pedestrians and others <br />4. Plant trees along the bypass road where houses abut but have no trees along rest of the <br />roadway <br />5. Minimize lighting on road and use safety lighting only where possible <br />6. Install 3 foot bean along western edge of bypass road to minimize visual impact ofcars <br />Two Committee members suggested a number of additional design elements be considered.
