density higher than 1 unit per acre; reduce the height of dirt taken from the road construction and <br />placed under homes constructed; install a sound barrier along bypass road; convince AI Spotorno to <br />give up property for green space/trails/open space; connect the horse trail from Alisal. <br />CONCLUSION <br />A majority of the HV BRC (8 of the 11 members present) recommended that the City C ouncil <br />consider the bypass road alignment inchided in the Greenbriar 1 [omes' current proposal and that any <br />development approved for Lot 98 include consideration of the following design conditions: <br />1. Designate the maximum height for homes at ,0 feet. <br />2. Monitor traffic nn the bypass road after construction for possible installation of traffic <br />calming methods <br />:. Include a 4 toot crushed granite pathway along bypass road for use by pedestrians and others <br />4. Plant trees along the bypass road where houses abut but have no trees along rest of the <br />roadway <br />5. Minimize lighting on road and use safety lighting only where possible <br />6. [nstall ~ foot berm along western edge of bypass road to minimize visual impact of cars <br />No recommendation was made related to housing density.
