the benefit of providing parking to Early Year Daycare. The remaining area would be <br />the site for the education building. The Del Valle parking lot would be extended <br />northeasterly along the eastern property line adjacent to the park. The size of the <br />parking lot would then be enlarged twice the size as it currently is, accommodating <br />approximately 88 parking spaces. <br />This option is the preferred by the Golden Road neighborhood. Currently, a 45 feet <br />wide strip parallel to the property line shared by Trinity Lutheran and Early Year <br />Daycare is designated to Early Year daycare for parking and driveway via a recorded <br />easement. The proposed Golden Road parking modification would affect the easement <br />area.
