The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER or the City of Pleasanton will work with the CONTRACTOR to make sure that the CONTRACTOR fulfills his obligations under SECTION 01782 of the CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS and maintains a set of up-to- date markups of the plans onsite. C. The CONTRACTOR will hand over a complete set of final record drawing markups complying with SECTION 01782 of the CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS. The drawings will have a complete and legible set of all changes to the project. 2. Garber Engineering will use the CONTRACTOR'S markups (provided in compliance with SECTION 01782 of the CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS) to make modifications to the CONTRACT DRAWINGS to show what was actually installed and constructed. 3. Garber Engineering will provide the record drawings in the following formats: A. One set of stamped bond drawings. B. AutoCAD. C. Potable Document Format (.pdf) 4. Garber Engineering will only be responsible for including the changes shown on the CONTRACTOR'S markups. TABLE OF COMPENSATION The Table of Compensation is based on the Scope of Work, assumptions and Exclusions given in this proposal. If the Scope of Work, assumptions or Exclusions presented in this proposal prove to be incorrect, it may be necessary to modify the notification limits in the Table of Compensation. Please note that construction phase engineering is subject to a good deal of uncertainty. The amount of engineering work required during the construction phase is dependent on several factors including: how well the CONTRACTOR complies with the intent of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, how the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER and City of Pleasanton interpret the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and utilize the ENGINEER, how well the CONTRACTOR, the C \Docwnems and Seumg>\Manhex Gwber\Mr Docwnems\PROJ\COPnU2\COPaU2.PU0'_.xpd
