Garber Engineering will attend the project kickoff meeting. 3. At the project kickoff meeting Garber Engineering will discuss its role in the project including shop drawing submittals, meetings, answering construction related questions, witnessing startup and production of record drawings. 4. At the request of the City of Pleasanton, Garber Engineering and/or its subconsultants will attend construction meetings, attend quality control/quality assurance site visits or witness the startup and performance tests related to the project as requested by the City of Pleasanton. 5. Garber Engineering and/or its subconsultants will discuss the project, status of the project and other matters related to the project at the construction meetings. 6. Garber Engineering and/or its subconsultants will follow up on items and perform tasks as agreed to at the construction meetings. 7. At the request of the City of Pleasanton, Garber Engineering and/or its subconsultants will visit the construction site in a quality control/quality assurance capacity. These scope of those visits will be limited to the portion of the WORK that the City of Pleasanton or the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER wishes viewed and which is visible to Garber Engineering and/or its subconsultants at the time of the site visit. 8. During or after quality control/quality assurance site visits, Garber Engineering and/or its subconsultants will point out areas which do not comply with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and which are apparent to Garber Engineering and/or its subconsultants.
