Garber Engineering will coordinate with its subconsultants and work to <br />make the portions of the change orders that it is issuing are consistent and <br />complete. <br />5. The technical portions of the change orders will be issued to the City of <br />Pleasanton in hard copy form and Microsoft Word format or AutoCAD <br />format as needed. <br />ATTEND MEETINGS <br />Assumptions: <br />A. The City of Pleasanton will provide any day to day construction <br />supervision, day to day inspection or Special Inspection (as defined <br />in Section 1701 of the Uniform Building Code /California Building <br />Code) that is required by code or statute or desired by the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />B. Neither Garber Engineering nor its subconsultants will be <br />performing supervision of construction or any long term on-site <br />inspection. Special Inspection, as defined in Section 1701 of the <br />Uniform Building Code /California Building Code will not be <br />performed by Garber Engineering or its subconsultants. <br />C. Meetings will be at the construction site or other locations within <br />Pleasanton. <br />D. Garber Engineering and its subconsultants will not attend every <br />construction meeting related to the project. <br />E.
