Please note that review of shop drawings is only for general conformance with the design concept of the project and general compliance with the information given in the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Review and approval of the CONTRACTOR'S shop drawings shall not relieve CONTRACTOR of any of his responsibility for the successful completion of the WORK in conformity with the requirements of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. The CONTRACTOR is responsible for conformance with all requirements of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. Approval of shop drawings shall not waive any requirement of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS and defective work may be rejected notwithstanding such approval. 12. The number of submittals discussing new topics will be no more than the number of submittals listed in PARAGRAPH 01340 1.10 D of the CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS. 13.
