Vineyard Ave Water Booster Pump Station and Zone 7 Turnout # 6 <br />Construction Phase Engineering Proposal <br />March 9, 2007 <br />Page 9 of 18 <br />6arg2r Eag~oearlag <br />ZONE 7 TURNOUT #6 <br />ASSUMPTIONS <br />Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District -Zone 7 <br />(Zone 7) will be responsible for the construction phase services associated <br />with the telemetry for the turnout. <br />2. The time from the CONTRACTOR'S notice to proceed to the final <br />acceptance of the project will not exceed 4 months. <br />3. The time the CONTRACTOR spends onsite, actually constructing the <br />WORK will not exceed 3 weeks. <br />4. The structural engineer and structural engineering construction services will <br />not be required for the Zone 7 Turnout #6. <br />SUBMITTALS <br />Receive, log, distribute, review, coordinate responses and provide consolidated <br />response to shop drawing submittals in accordance with SECTION 01340 of the <br />CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS. Amore in-depth description of this task <br />follows: <br />Receive delivery of shop drawing submittals made by the CONTRACTOR <br />either directly from CONTRACTOR. <br />2. Log any submittals received into a database in spreadsheet format with the <br />following information. <br />A. Number of submittal. The number shall be of the format ##.#. The <br />portion of the number before the decimal shall be the numerical <br />order of shop drawing submittal topics received. The portion of the <br />number after the decimal shall be the number of times the topic in <br />question has been received by Garber Engineering, starting with <br />one. Garber Engineering will mark the submittal number on the <br />cover sheet of each copy of the submittal. <br />B. Number of copies received. <br />C. Date the submittal was received. <br />D.
