The scope of services to be provided by the proposed Tetra Tech Constmction Management Team will be in accordance with the tasks outlined in the City's Request for Proposal, Section B-Scope of Work. We believe the time frames set forth in our schedule provide more than ample time to complete the tasks identified ' herein, including progress meetings with the City. Upon award of the contract, the contractor will be requested to provide his proposed schedule. The Contractor's schedule will be reviewed by the Resident Engineer for conforniance with specification and special provision requirements. Once the Contractor's schedule has been completed to the satisfaction of all project management participants, it will become the approved project baseline. The approved project ' baseline schedule will be updated by the by the Contractor and reviewed by the Resident Engineer monthly. Records of the monthly updated project schedule will be maintained in the project files. It is critical that this pari of the project management system is flexible and able to accommodate ' scheduling adjustments that may occur. The Contractor may need to re-plan the project, as necessary, to reflect an accurate and up-to-date work plan.
