Exhibit A -Scope of Work <br />Estimated Project Time Schedule <br />A rate study of this complexity generally requires 16 to 32 weeks to complete, depending upon a <br />number of factors. These factors include the amount of time required by the City to collect the <br />necessary data, the quality of the data provided, the ability to schedule meetings with City staff in <br />a timely manner and, most importantly, receive policy direction from the City's management <br />and/or City Council on the study.
