CONSTRUCTION PLAN: We will prepare plans that locate all proposed improvements identified in the approved Master Plan, and establish their horizontal layout such as paving and planting areas. Grading information, if required, will be documented on these plans. E. CONSTRUCTION DETAILS: We will provide plans, sections and elevations of the individual elements of the Construction Plan. F. IRRIGATION PLAN: We will lay out all piping, valves, sprinklers, controllers, backflow preventers, and quick coupler outlets, for irrigation of all new planting areas, and as required to connect to the existing irrigation system. We will establish and document the necessary electrical service for the irrigation system. We will also provide details as required. G. PLANTING PLAN: We will identify all proposed plant locations and items of plant material to be used and any existing vegetation to be preserved. A plant list, including quantities, sizes, and varieties of all materials will appear on the drawing. We will also provide details as required. H. SPECIFICATIONS: We will prepare specifications to identify all types and qualities of materials to be used, and will set forth explicit and concise methods of construction and/or installation. The specifications will establish the quality and character of the finished work. These specifications will be formatted to conform to City of Pleasanton standards. MEETINGS: During the Construction Document phase of work, we will meet with you and/or others up to three (3) times under your direction to resolve project issues. PHASE III: BIDDING Upon issuance of the bid documents, we will assist you during the bidding phase as follows: J. BIDDING: Bidding will include the following items of work: a. We will assist you to assemble a bid package using the City's standard general requirements. b. We will assist you in preparing drafts of addenda or clarifications. c. We will review and evaluate bids where they pertain to the work related to our documents. d. We will attend one pre-bid meeting if required. K. CONSTRUCTION MONITORING: NOT INCLUDED 2.
