Intersection 594 Foothill @ Foothill High\ <br /> <br />Existing LOS is F in AM and B in PM. <br />Buildout LOS is F in AM and B in PM. <br /> <br />No mitigation was identified in the working draft circulation network. <br /> <br />PM school volumes do not coincide with PM commute volumes resulting in acceptable <br />LOS at both the PM school time and the PM commute time. This intersection requires <br />either an exclusive NBRT lane or a second SBL T lane to create an acceptable AM level <br />of service. <br /> <br />Staff recommends the construction ofa second SBLT lane. Unlike the NBRT lane <br />mitigation, the SBL T lane mitigation will not impact the curbside parking. This <br />mitigation improves the AM LOS to C <br /> <br />NEW INTERSECTIONS <br />8. Intersection 85 Jack London @ EI Charro <br />This intersection is currently under design review and will be constructed to operate at an <br />acceptable level of service. <br /> <br />9. Intersection 92 Stanley Boulevard @ EI Charro <br /> <br />The intersection in the working draft circulation network contained 2 southbound left <br />turns, but only 1 southbound right turn. A second southbound right turn lane is necessary <br />to maintain LOS D at this intersection. This is also a new intersection and will be <br />designed to operate at an acceptable level of service. <br />
