Box 1537 <br />(4218 Casterson Court) <br />Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Iserson: <br /> <br />This letter requests formal authorization of a budget for completing the Oak Grove FEIR, <br />premised on the substitution of Alternative 4 (as described in DEIR Chapter 6) for the initially- <br />proposed project (as described in DEIR Chapter 2). <br /> <br />A portion of the authorization relates to the completion of the DEIR, which was addressed in my <br />letter of November 22 to you, to our project manager Marion Pavan, and to Martin <br />Inderbitzen(as the representative of the applicant). <br /> <br />The costs itemized in that letter have been consolidated into M&A's invoice C256-24 which has <br />been submitted to staff I believe stafT, our office, and the applicant concur on the costs identified, <br />which total $44,135.37. <br /> <br />The balance of the funds currently requested relates to the completion of the FEIR and <br />companion documents and support of the public review and approval process. <br /> <br />WORK ELEMENTS <br /> <br />The tasks moving toward completion of the CEQA process for Oak Grove include the following: <br />1. Responding to comments on the DEIR. <br />2. Providing support, including supplemental graphics, to City CEQA staff <br />3. Preparation of the FEIR, consisting of Responses to Comments together with supporting <br />text and appendices. <br />4. Revisions to documents in response to staff direction. <br />5. Preparation of a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan. <br /> <br />Tasks included in supporting the public review and approval process include the following: <br />1. Review of Staff Report, Findings, and Development Agreement. <br />2.
