The second two tasks involve primarily M&A staff(no <br />participation of technical staff in review of these documents is expected, nor are subcontractors <br />expected to attend the public hearings). <br /> <br />FEIR DELIVERABLES <br /> <br />The estimate includes reproduction of the following deliverables: <br />. 100 copies of the FEIR for the City of Pleasant on plus 15 for the environmental team <br />. Master CD of the FEIR plus 50 copies <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />20 copies ofa visual portfolio consisting of photo-quality enlargements ofDEIR visuals <br /> <br />[In lieu of 50 CDs of the visual portfolio:] 30 additional hard copies of same portfolio at a <br />lower per-unit reproduction cost (minimized paper and presentation expense) <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The cost breakdown by task is as follows: <br /> <br />Task Group A. CEQA Process <br /> <br />Task 1. Preparation of preliminary draft Responses to Comments on the DEIR <br /> <br />Task 2. Preparation of the FEIR, including Responses to Comments (plus supporting text and <br />appendices) amended in response to staff review <br /> <br />Task 3. Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan <br /> <br />These cost estimates include expenses for graphics, reproduction, and miscellaneous <br />out-of-pocket costs. <br /> <br />Task Group A Total: <br /> <br />$125,100 <br /> <br />Task Group B.
