FEIR DELIVERABLES The estimate includes reproduction of the following deliverables: . 100 copies of the FEIR for the City of Pleasant on plus 15 for the environmental team . Master CD of the FEIR plus 50 copies . 20 copies ofa visual portfolio consisting of photo-quality enlargements ofDEIR visuals [In lieu of 50 CDs of the visual portfolio:] 30 additional hard copies of same portfolio at a lower per-unit reproduction cost (minimized paper and presentation expense) . The cost breakdown by task is as follows: Task Group A. CEQA Process Task 1. Preparation of preliminary draft Responses to Comments on the DEIR Task 2. Preparation of the FEIR, including Responses to Comments (plus supporting text and appendices) amended in response to staff review Task 3. Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan These cost estimates include expenses for graphics, reproduction, and miscellaneous out-of-pocket costs. Task Group A Total: $125,100 Task Group B. Supporting the Public Review and Approval Process Task 1. Review / comment on Staff Report Task 2. Review/comment on draft Findings Task 3. Review /incorporate Development Agreement Tasl,4. Attendance at meetings/hearings (one staff meeting; four public hearings) These cost estimates include expenses for miscellaneous out-of-pocket costs.
