37. <br /> <br />38. <br /> <br />he <br /> <br />jo <br /> <br />All vehicle access ways to or through the undeveloped areas shall be secured <br />to prevent unauthorized vehicle entry. Knox key access is required for <br />emergency access. <br /> <br />A minimum fire flow of 200 gpm at a residual pressure of 20 psi shall be <br />provided. <br /> <br />"No Parking" signs shall be posted on all access roads, that are less than 20 <br />feet in width. <br /> <br />Where "private driveways" provide access to one or more residences, all <br />addresses shall be visible from the public road serving them as well as on <br />residential structures. <br /> <br />Conditions for the use of the open space shall be posted. These trails may be <br />restricted during times of high fire danger. <br /> <br />The developer shall contribute funds toward acquisition of a new off-road 4-wheel <br />drive vehicle and a new on-and-off-road motorcycle for the Police Department, the <br />estimated 1992 costs of which total $33,400. The developer's pro-ram share is <br />estimated at a not-to-exceed-amount of 6.7 percent, or approximately $2,230. <br /> <br />The developer shall contribute funds toward acquisition of one heavy patrol vehicle <br />and one-half of a water tender for the Fire Department, the estimated 1992 costs of <br />which total $255,000.
