MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br /> <br />Engineering Services - City Engineer <br /> <br />Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract.~ <br /> <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: ; <br /> <br /> 1. That the developer meet all .Fequirements of the Subdivision <br /> Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That the developer meet all reqUired conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California. <br /> <br />That the developer meet all required conditions of any <br />prior approvals which this development may have received <br />from the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submittal <br />of the final map. <br /> <br />That detailed grading and drainage plan and all supporting <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the' <br />improvement plans for the development. <br /> <br />That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public <br />streets be set at 0.5% unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer. Grades less than 0.5% down to 0.3% shall <br />reqUire special approval, submittal of as-built grade <br />sheet, and controlled flow testing. <br /> <br />That a separate water meter be provided to each lot of <br />record within the development unless otherwise approved by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> <br />
