Resolution No. PC-89-109
Page 5 - 12/13/89
7. The applicant shall be responsible for the design of a
traffic signal for the intersection of Stoneridge Drive
and Kamp Drive. As part of the tract improvements the
applicant shall install all necessary conduits and pull
boxes for the future traffic signal.
8. The interim and ultimate typical sections for Stoneridge
Drive may be revised to increase the separation between
the sidewalk and the face of curb in ultimate
configuration to 5 feet, either by reducing landscaping
behind the walk or by narrowing the median. The
effective soundwall height on these typical sections
shall be a minimum of 8.5 feet above both rear yard
elevations and street grade.
9. All landscaping irrigation on Stoneridge Drive shall be
designed such that when Stoneridge Drive is widened only
a minimum amount of modification will be necessary.
10. The final landscape plan for Stoneridge Drive shall
reflect a preliminary plan designed by the City; said
City plan shall be designed in a time frame sufficient
to allow inclusion of final landscape plans in the
developer's final tract improvement plans.
11. The applicant shall construct interim street
improvements on Stoneridge Drive, substantially as shown
on the tentative tract plans, to the satisfaction of the
City Engineer to effect a smooth transition from the
existing two lane road westerly of the development to
the four lane divided roadway proposed for the
development.
12. The typical section for Kamp Drive shall be revised to
show a 5 foot wide monolithic sidewalk and a 5 foot wide
planter area behind the walk.
13. Street "D" in front of lots 70-72 shall be redesigned to
eliminate the parking "bay" and to allow sufficient
width to allow southbound right turn movements as well
as parking in front of all lots except lot 70; any
adjustment of street width shall not result in a
reduction in the number of lots in the subdivision.
14. The project shall be developed consistent with all the
recommendations contained in the Engeo Inc. report dated
March 9, 1989, Stoneridge Place Geotechnical
Exploration.
-5-
