The soundwall at lot 70 shall angle from approximately <br />the fire hydrant location on Stoneridge Drive back to <br />about the start of parking bays at the Gatewood project <br />in order to improve driveway sight distance and achieve <br />City noise standards; this triangular area shall be <br />added to the street right-of-way and landscaped as part <br />of the Stoneridge Drive landscaping. <br />16. A fence plan showing the location of fences on all <br />corner lots, including soundwall returns, shall be <br />reviewed and approved by the Planning Director prior to <br />installation of the fences. The fence design along the <br />eastern property line shall be modified to show a <br />stronger fence capable of meeting its required retaining <br />wall function and coexisting with the agricultural use <br />(horses) adjoining it. <br />17. This tract map is subject to all conditions of approval <br />of Pud-89-1. <br />18. This tract map shall be subject to the conditions <br />contained in the Memorandum from the Engineering <br />Division, dated December 8, 1989. <br />-6- <br />
