That the subdivision shall be substantially as shown on the <br />Vesting Tentative Map Tract 5902, dated October 6, 1989, on <br />file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That the "V-ditches" shown on Lots 1, 2, 3, and 7 shall be <br />privately maintained by the owner of each property. <br />3. That the final map shall reflect the abandonment of the <br />portion of the 15 foot wide public service easement (PSE) <br />which runs from the center of the bulb of Foxbrough Place <br />across Lot 5 to Gray Fox Circle. The applicant shall prepare <br />the documents necessary for the City to abandon the easement <br />in conjunction with the recordation of the final map. <br />4. That the final map shall depict an increase of 1/2 to 1 foot <br />in the pad elevations of Lots 2, 3, and 4 so that surface <br />drainage from the entire length of the Foxbrough Place cul- <br />de-sac drains southward toward Gray Fox Circle. <br />5. That the maintenance of the common driveway to Lots 6 and 7 <br />shall be the responsibility of the owners of those lots. In <br />addition, private easements shall be established to ensure <br />joint use of the driveway by both properties for the purposes <br />of access and utilities. <br />6. That the final map shall depict the former "flag" portion of <br />Lot 7 as a separate parcel to be transferred via a lot line <br />adjustment to the owner of Lot 10 of Tract 5188 in <br />conjunction with the recordation of the final map for Tract <br />5902. <br />7. That the applicant shall prepare the documents necessary for <br />the City to abandon the right-of-way areas shown on the <br />tentative map located at the northwest corner of Foxbrough <br />Place and Gray Fox Circle and along the east side of Gray Fox <br />Circle in conjunction with the recordation of the final map. <br />The right-of-way area shown at the northwest corner of the <br />intersection of Foxbrough Place and Gray Fox Circle shall be <br />modified from that shown on the approved tentative map such <br />that the new right-of-way line shall bisect the originally <br />proposed abandonment area. <br />8. That, if the owner of Lot 8 of Tract 5188 agrees to accept <br />the dedication of excess right-of-way at the northwest corner <br />of Gray Fox Circle and Foxbrough Place, the applicant shall <br />
