Resolution No. PC-89-89 <br />Page 3 - October il, 1989 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Chris Beratlis to <br />subdivide an approximately 4.8 acre parcel into 7 lots <br />located at the end of the northerly corner of Grey Fox <br />Circle subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit ~~B~~ <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by <br />reference. <br />Section 2.
