A plan for the <br />landscaping shall be submitted for review and approval by the <br />Planning Director prior to recordation of the final map, and <br />the landscaping and irrigation shall be installed in <br />conjunction with the street improvements for Foxbrough <br />Place. <br />9. That the street improvements for Foxbrough Place and its <br />intersection with Gray Fox Circle shall be installed to the <br />satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br />10. That this project shall be subject to all of the conditions <br />contained in the memorandum from the City Engineer, dated <br />October 6, 1989. <br />11. That the project shall be subject to all conditions of <br />approval of the original and modified PUD development plans <br />(Ordinances No. 1076 and 1301). <br />12. That the west side of Lot 7 (shown as elevation 485' - 500' <br />on Exhibit "A") be landscaped within one year after <br />occupancy of the residence; and <br />-5- <br />
