The proposed expansion is adjacent to <br />office and medical-related uses, as well as light <br />industrial tenants, where conflicts such as noise, <br />odors, parking, etc. should be minimal given <br />different peak periods of usage. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />As conditioned, the proposed use will comply with <br />all provisions and requirements of the zoning <br />ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from <br />the requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-89-11, the application of the <br />Pleasanton Community Church for a conditional use permit <br />to expand operations of a church within an existing <br />office/industrial complex located at 4439 Stoneridge <br />Drive subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
