Exhibit "A" <br />Planning Commission Resolution No. PC-89-42 <br />April 12, 1989 <br /> <br />1. That the proposed expanded use shall substantially conform to <br />the description and plans on file with the Planning <br />Department, dated March 15, 1989. <br />2. That the proposed expanded use shall conform to all <br />requirements of the Building and Fire Codes as determined by <br />the Chief Building Official and Fire Chief, respectively. <br />3. That with the commencement of this expanded use, as permitted <br />under Case UP-89-11, the sanctuary and conduct of services at <br />4455 Stoneridge Drive as permitted under Case UP-88-11 shall <br />cease. <br />4. That plans and elevations for exterior alterations to <br />accommodate the addition of required pedestrian entrances to <br />the facility shall be submitted to the Planning Director for <br />review and approval prior to the issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />5. That the operations of this conditional use permit shall be <br />reviewed concurrently with the requirement of review for Case <br />CUP-88-11 (three years from effective date of approval, <br />May 11, 1991) by the Planning Director for evaluation of <br />parking and other related elements; and the discretion of the <br />Planning Director, this matter can be submitted to the <br />Planning Commission for their subsequent review, <br />modification/addition of conditions, and/or revocation of <br />said permit. <br />6. That if additional activities beyond that proposed for this <br />use are desired, prior City review and approval shall be <br />secured prior to commencement of said expanded use. <br />
