<br />Resolution No. PC-89-9 <br />Page 2 <br />2/8/89 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-87-19, the <br />application of Dr. and William Yee to rezone an <br />irregularly-shaped 50.36 acre site located on the west <br />side of Foothill Road directly across from Foothill High <br />School to the PUD - Low and Rural Density Residential <br />District and to approve a development plan consisting of <br />23 detached single-family units subject to the <br />conditions shown on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and made <br />part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective <br />immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED FEBRUARY 8, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hovingh, Hoyt, Mahern, and <br />Chairman Michelotti <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST <br />~l/ <br />Brian W.
