5.a.1. iF naina: The revised plan and project <br />conditions of approval substantially lessen <br />these impacts. <br />Fact: Elimination of development on upper <br />south knoll removes area of greatest <br />cut/fill effects of steepening slopes. <br />Fact: "Mass graded" area on central bench is <br />designed to minimize effects of <br />landslide repair/pad grading described <br />above. <br />Fact: North knoll grading yields all cut <br />pads. <br />Fact: Project conditions require extensive <br />geologic and soils testing (including <br />review of all suggested mitigations) <br />plus review by City reviewing geologist <br />prior to approval of final lot location <br />and grading. <br />Fact: The developer's engineering geologist <br />has stated the project, as revised, can <br />satisfactorily be constructed given <br />project site geology. <br />5.a.2.
