46. All earthwork, grading fill placement, slope cutting, and <br />drain installation shall be directly supervised by the <br />geotechnical engineer and certified engineering geologist to <br />verify compliance with recommendations and conditions. <br />47. All plans and geotechnical reports shall be reviewed by a <br />geotechnical engineering firm retained by the City prior to <br />the commencement of any grading or slide repair on the site. <br />The applicant shall pay the cost of the City's consultant. <br />48. Along-term erosion maintenance plan shall be developed by the <br />applicant's engineer and landscape architect, and shall be <br />subject to the approval of the City Engineer. The plan shall <br />include maintenance provisions by the homeowners' association, <br />which shall be incorporated in the CC&R's for the project. <br />49. The homeowners' association shall maintain a liaison with the <br />Police Department. The CC&R's for the project shall include <br />a provision for such liaison. <br />50. The applicant shall contribute funds toward acquisition of a <br />new off-road 4-wheel drive vehicle and a new on-off-road <br />motorcycle for the Police Department, and a 4-wheel drive <br />grass rig for the Fire Department. This contribution shall be <br />a pro-rated share of properties developing along Foothill <br />Road. The costs shall be determined at the first final map <br />stage. These vehicles shall meet City standards and shall be <br />provided prior to recordation of the final map. <br />51. The applicant shall require all construction contractors to <br />water exposed surfaces in late morning and at the end of each <br />work day, with increased watering when wind speeds exceed ten <br />mph. Contractors shall also be required to cleanup mud and <br />dust carried onto the streets by construction vehicles on a <br />daily basis or as determined necessary by the City Engineer. <br />52. All site improvement activities shall be limited to the hours <br />of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. All construction equipment shall <br />meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling <br />devices. When necessary, shielding material shall be used for <br />unusually high noise generation areas. <br />53. The applicant shall pay a pro-rata share, as determined by the <br />City Engineer, of the cost of the traffic mitigations <br />necessary to retain LOS D at the intersection of Foothill Road <br />and Dublin Canyon Road as required of Wells Fargo Bank (PUD- <br />81-22-6M). <br />54. Project street lighting shall be reviewed and approved by the <br />Design Review Board. <br />
