<br />M E M O R A N D U M <br />1 <br />T0: Planning Commission <br />FROM: Engineering Services - City Engineer <br />SUBJECT: Staff Report for Tentative Map <br />Tract 6275 <br />DATE: December 11, 1990 <br />This development is recommended for approval subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the developer meet all requirements of the Subdivision <br />Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />2. That the developer meet all required conditions of approval <br />of the Subdivision Nap Act of the State of California. <br />3. That the developer meet all required conditions of any <br />prior approvals which this development may have received <br />from the City of Pleasanton. <br />4. That the developer secure approval from the Planning <br />Director for all proposed street names prior to submitta_ <br />o~ the final map. <br />5. That detailed grading and drainage plan and all supportinc <br />information and design criteria be submitted as part of the <br />improvement plans for the development. <br />6. That the minimum grade for gutter flowlines in public <br />streets be set at 0.5% unless otherwise approved by the <br />City Engineer.
