The proposed street and utility design is <br />consistent with City standards, although the <br />street is conditioned to be private. The proposed <br />hammerhead cul-de-sac terminus has been approved <br />by the Fire Department. <br />7. The proposal is consistent with the PUD District <br />purpose of encouraging development of infill <br />parcels. The proposed plan provides an <br />appropriate transition of densities and housing <br />types within the Standley Boulevard neighborhood. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends the approval of the application of Frank <br />Auf Der Maur/Dorian Glanville for planned unit <br />development rezoning and development plan approval for <br />a 13 unit detached and attached residential subdivision <br />to be located at 4011 and 4013 Stanley Boulevard <br />subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached <br />hereto and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2.
