RPI and KMC to prepare the administrative draft conceptual site plan <br />(including summary narrative) for staff to review, and refine accordingly (April). 35 <br />hours <br />7. Parks and Recreation Commission to hold a second public workshop meeting <br />to receive comments on the conceptual site plan and to recommend Council approval of <br />the plan. More than one meeting may be required if further Plan refinements are needed <br />by the Commission (May). * 20 hours assuming one meeting <br />8. RPI and KMC to prepare the final draft document for review by the Council <br />(May). 10 hours <br />9. Council to review and act on the final draft document (June). 15 hours <br />assuming one meeting <br />10. RPI and KMC to prepare the final document for publication by the City (July). <br />15 hours <br /> <br />* Public workshop meeting participation by members of the Youth Commission, Youth <br />Master Plan Implementation Committee, Planning Commission and other interested <br />groups, etc. to be encouraged. <br /> <br />PLANNING TEAM COMPOSITION <br /> <br />Following is an outline of Planning Team member responsibilities: <br /> <br />Citv <br />I. Approve contract, process, schedule, invoices and consultant activities. <br />2. Provide planning policy direction. <br />3. Participate in Planning Team meetings and activities as necessary. <br />4. Approve all draft and final planning documents. <br /> <br />Wayne Rasmussen - Process Coordinator <br />I. Coordinate and manage the planning process and critical path schedule. <br />2. Manage the Planning Team tasks, organize and facilitate Planning Team <br />meetings. <br />3. Assist as staffliaison to Sharks, agencies and community groups as may be <br />assigned by staff. <br />4. Coordinate preparation of the conceptual site plan. <br />5. Assemble the draft and final plan documents. <br />6. Prepare staff reports, etc. for four public meetings (three Parks and Recreation <br />Commission and one Council) on behalf of staff, as may be assigned. <br />8. Facilitate two public workshop meetings. <br />
