<br />Landscape Architect <br />I. Take the lead creative role in evolving the conceptual site plan. <br />2. Prepare site plan and other limited project related graphics. <br />3. Present plans at public meetings. <br /> <br />PRODUCTS <br /> <br />The actual products developed during the planning process, and the individuals involved <br />in undertaking them, includes the following: <br />. Council and Commission staff reports (staff and RPI) <br />. Public workshop meeting follow-up reports (RPI) <br />. Planning Team meeting agendas and follow-up task list (RPI) <br />. One conceptual site plan diagram (KMC) <br />. Administrative draft concept document (KMC and RPI) <br />. Draft concept document (KMC and RPI) <br />. Final concept document (KMC and RPI) <br /> <br />PROJECT FUNDING <br /> <br />Based upon the hours of work estimated above (158) for RPI services, plus 5 additional <br />hours for public inquiries and 15 hours for administration of the KMC sub-contract work, <br />the total estimated time to complete the project as envisioned is 178 hours. At an hourly <br />rate of$145.00, the total estimated cost to complete the RPI portion of the project, as <br />scheduled, is $25,810. Adding to this the $15,000 estimated cost for the KMC sub- <br />contract work, the total combined services contract amount is $40,810.
