<br />c. The project developer shall revise the typical street Sections C-C and D-D <br />as follows: <br /> <br />. The design of the rolled curb shall match the existing curb design on <br />Cameron Avenue. <br />. There shall be an eight-foot wide Public Service Easements (PSE) on <br />the development's side of the street. <br />. The south side of the street shall be posted for no parking. <br />. There shall be a subdrain located under the street curb and gutter on <br />both sides of the street per City standards. <br /> <br />d. The project developer shall revised the typical street Section E-E as follows: <br /> <br />. The design of the rolled curb shall match the existing curb design. <br />. The south side of the street shall be posted for no parking. <br />. There shall be a subdrain located under the street curb and gutter per <br />City standards. <br /> <br />e. The existing Storm Drain system on Cameron Drive between Equestrian <br />Drive and Courtney Avenue shall be abandoned and the storm drain pipe <br />and appetencies removed. <br /> <br />f. The existing water main on Cameron Avenue between Courtney Avenue <br />and the westerly project boundary shall be abandoned and a new water <br />main installed. The existing water services shall be abandoned and new <br />services installed. The existing meter and meter boxes shall be relocated <br />behind the realigned curb per City Standards. The existing fire hydrant shall <br />also be relocated to the new main. <br /> <br />g. The existing streetlights on Cameron Avenue shall be relocated to a location <br />behind the new street curb per City Standards. <br /> <br />h. The existing sanitary sewer manhole on Cameron Avenue that falls behind <br />the new street curb, in a location westerly of Street "c" shown on Page Two <br />of the development plan shall be abandoned and a new manhole installed <br />westerly of this location within the realigned street. The new sanitary sewer <br />main from Street "CO shall tie into this manhole. <br /> <br />i. For the homes on Lots 10 through 18 located on the opposite side of <br />Street "A" from the bioswale, the project developer shall provide a <br />disconnect between the roof leader and the street curb to allow the low <br />flows from the roof to be absorbed into the ground while allowing larger <br />flows to flow directly to the street gutter. <br /> <br />4 <br />
