<br />ATTACHMENT H <br /> <br />Off-Site Inclusionary Units: Inclusionary Units constructcd within the City of Pleasanton <br />on a sitc other than the sitc whcre the applicant intends to construct market ratc units. <br /> <br />Owncrship Units: lnclusionary Units dcveloped as part of a rcsidential dcvclopment <br />which the Applicant intends will be sold, or which are customarily offercd for individual <br />sale. <br /> <br />Proiect Owner: Any pcrson, firm, partncrship, association, joint venture, corporation, or <br />any entity or combination of entitics which holds fcc title to the land on which the projcct <br />is located. <br /> <br />Proicct: A rcsidential housing dcvclopment at onc location or sitc including all dwelling <br />units for which pcrmits have becn applicd for or approvcd. <br /> <br />Property Owner: Thc owner of an lnclusionary Unit, exccpting a "Project Owncr". <br /> <br />Rental Units: Inclusionary Units which the Applicant intends will be rcntcd or Icased, or <br />which are customarily offered for leasc or rent. <br /> <br />Recapture Mechanisms: Lcgal programs and rcstrictions by which subsidies providcd to <br />Inclusionary Units will be controllcd and rcpaid to thc City and/or other entity upon <br />rcsale, to insure the ongoing prcservation of a ffordability of Inclusionary Units or to <br />insure funds for Inclusionary Units remain within the City's affordablc housing program. <br /> <br />Resale Restrictions: Legal restrictions which restrict the pricc of Inclusionary Units to <br />insurc that they remain affordable to Vcry Low, Low, and Moderate Income houscholds <br />on resale. <br /> <br />Rcsidcntial Proiect. Multiplc family: A residcntial projcct consisting of condominiums, <br />apartments, and similar dwellings attachcd in groups of four or morc units per structure <br />and including multiple units located on a single parccl ofland undcr common owncrship. <br /> <br />Rcsidcntial Proiect. Single familv: A rcsidential project consisting of dctachcd and <br />attached singlc family homes, including paircd single family, ducts, duplcxcs, <br />townhomes, and similar unit types wherc cach unit is located on a scparate parcel of land. <br /> <br />Unit Type: Various dwelling units within a project which are distinguishcd by number of <br />bcdrooms and/or the typc of construction (e.g., detached singlc family, duets, <br />townhomcs, condominiums). <br /> <br />Page 4 of 13 <br />
