Elected and appointed officials shall comply with the Ralph M. Brown Act and all applicable open meeting laws. The City Council and tim City Attorney shall administer this Code_ of Ethics for all elected and appointed officials. II. MI?~ETINGS AND PROCEDURAL POLICIES Be As provided by Government Code Section 36813, the City Council of Pleasanwn establishes these Policies of Procedure for the conduct of meetings. The following policies shall be in effect upon their adoption by the City Council and until, such time as they are amended or new policies adopted in the manner provided by these Policies. Tvm~ of Meetin~ City Council meetings shall be confined to the following categories: Regular Meetings The Council shall meet in the City Council Chambers for all re~,iar meetings. The regular meetings shall begin at 7:30 p.m. on the first and third Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise specified by posted notice as required by law and these policies. If the meeting date should fall on a legal holiday, the Council shall meet at a time and date so designated by the Council. 2
