7. The new fireplace shall be a gas fireplace, pellet-fueled wood heater, or EPA certified wood-burning appliance. The fireplace type shall be indicated on the floor plan submitted for issuance of building permits. 8. Final inspection by the Planning Department of the structure(s) is required prior to occupancy of the addition. 9. This design review approval for this case shall lapse within one (1) year from the date of approval, April 28, 2007, unless a building permit has been issued and construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion, or unless an extension has been approved by the City. 10. Site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All construction equipment must meet DMV noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. No construction activities shall be allowed on Federal holidays. 11. The fences shall be constructed at the earliest possible time after issuance of a building permit for the addition.
