A State of California Seismic Hazards Identification Fund charge of $0.06 per thousand dollars or fraction thereof for Commercial construction and in the amount of $0.03 per thousand dollars or fraction thereof for residential construction. The additional fees shall be as assessed under paragraphs 1 or 2, depending on building type, or fifty cents ($0.50), whichever is the higher. Section. IV.B.l.b.
