CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 92-107 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMEND~G RESOLUTION NO. 92-100 (MASTE~ FEE <br />SCHEDULE) REVISING FEES FOR PLAN CHECK AND FIELD <br />INSPECTION SERVICES <br /> <br />Resolution No. 92-100 (MASTER FEE SCHEDULE) lists the <br />current fees and charges for the City of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />the City has introduced Ordinance No. 1561, adopting by <br />reference various Uniform Codes, which Codes contain fee <br />tables establishing fees different than what is provided <br />in the Master Fees Schedule Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br /> <br /> Subsection B of section IV of the Basic Fee Schedule of <br />the Pleasanton Municipal Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Section IV.B.i.a. Basic Fee Schedule: <br /> <br />TOTAL VALUATION <br /> <br />FEE <br /> <br />$1.00 to $500.00 <br />$501.00 to $2,000.00 <br /> <br />$2,001.00 to $25,000.00 <br /> <br />$25,001.00 to $50,000.00 <br /> <br />$50,001.00 to $100,000.00 <br /> <br />$15.00 <br />$15.00 for the first <br />$500.00 plus $2.00 for <br />each additional $100.00 <br />or fraction thereof, to <br />and including $2,000.00 <br />$45.00 for the first <br />$2,000.00 plus $9.00 for <br />each additional $1,000.00 <br />or fraction thereof, to <br />and including $50.000.00 <br />$252.00 for the first <br />$25,000 .plus $6.50 for <br />each additional $1,000.00 <br />or fraction thereof, to <br />and including $50.000.00 <br />$414.50 for the first <br />$50,000 plus $4.50 for <br />each additional $1,000.00 <br />or fraction thereof, to <br />and including' $100,000.00 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
