Hirc a qualified archaeologist to be present on site during the grading and trenching for <br />thc foundation(s) and utility services in order to determine if any bonc, shell, or artifacts <br />are uncovered, Work on the site will cease inunediately. The archaeologist and the Na- <br />tive American Heritage Commission and or their representativc shall be consultcd to de- <br />velop, if necessary, further mitigation measures to reduce any archaeological impact to a <br />less-than-significant level before construction continues, The applicant shall have the ar- <br />chaeologist produce a lctter stating that thcy were on site during thc initial construction <br />activities and the result of their observations at the site, <br /> <br />.
