Existing trees on the caretaker's property will be retained. <br />This site will be subject to its own tree analysis with any application to redevelopment this site, <br />Tree #126, a 59-inch diameter Valley oak is in poor condition duc to decay, "epicormic" sprouts, <br />a huge cavity, etc., and will be removed with development. Therefore, this would be a less-than- <br />significant-impact, <br /> <br />t) There is no adopted Habitat Conservation Plan, Natural Community Conservation Plan or other <br />approved local, regional or state habitat conservation plan and this is not applicable to this pro- <br />ject. Therefore, this would be no-impact, <br /> <br />5.
