ENVIRONMENTAL CHECKLIST <br /> <br />The following checklist contains the cnvironmental checklist form presented in Appendix G of the <br />CEQA Guidelines, The checklist form is used to describe the impacts of the Proposed Project. A dis- <br />cussion follows each environmental issue identified in the checklist.
