FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Thc projcct developer will construct the required improvements to Foothill Road and Old Foot- <br />hill Road to accommodate the proposed projcct. ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />Environmental rcvicw for the proposcd projcct is covered by an Initial Study/Mitigatcd Negative <br />Declaration (ISIMND), which is attached. The ISIMND and Noticc ofComplction (NOC) were <br />scnt to the State Clcaringhouse ofthc Officc of Planning and Research on July 19th for its CEQA <br />review pcriod, which endcd on August 25th, <br /> <br />Staff bclicves that thc project-related impacts are mitigated, with thc mitigation measures incor- <br />porated in thc project's design or referenced with conditions of approval, and that there would <br />be no significant or unmitigated cnvironmental impact.
