Growth Management Allocations <br /> <br />Revisions to the Draft Conditions of Approval <br /> <br />During thc preparation of the City Council staff rcport, staff reconsidcred its review of thrcc <br />mattcrs and, based upon new information, recommends the following changes: <br /> <br />In-Lieu Park Dcdication Fees <br /> <br />The applicant requests the City waive the requirement for paymcnt of in-lieu parking dedication <br />fccs sincc the City will own thc opcn spacc arca. Staff considers this to bc an appropriate re- <br />qucst and has modified the draft conditions of approval. <br /> <br />Cattlc Grazing Density <br /> <br />Staff had conditioned cattle grazing up to one-dozen animals on the entirc, 22-acre open space <br />area at any timc, (Staff notes that the Vincyard Avcnuc Corridor Specific Plan pcrmits a grazing <br />density of one animal per acre of open space/agricultural arca,) Bascd upon discussion with rep- <br />resentatives of thc East Bay Regional Park District after the Planning Commission hearing, this <br />grazing density may be inaccurate and should be reconsidered based on the type of grazing <br />(frcc-range and/or supplemcntcd with feed), the age of the animals, etc, Thercfore, staff rec- <br />ommcnds dcfcrring the determination of grazing density to the tentative subdivision map for re- <br />vicw and approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />VII. REQUIRED FINDINGS <br /> <br />The City Council should make the finding that the propos cd amcndment to the Pleasanton Gen- <br />eral Plan conforms to the applicable policics and standards of thc Pleasanton Gencral Plan as <br />stated in the attached Planning Commission staff report, <br /> <br />Thc Plcasanton Municipal Codc sets forth the purposcs of the Planned Unit Dcvclopment (PUD) <br />District and thc considerations to be addresscd in rcviewing a PUD developmcnt plan proposal. <br />The City Council must make findings one through scvcn stated in the attached Planning Com- <br /> <br />SR 06:242 <br />Page 11 of 14 <br />
