If human re- <br />mains are discovered during grading trenching or other on-site excavation, the City requires the <br />applicant to: <br /> <br />. Hire a qualified archaeologist to be present on site during the grading and trenching for <br />the foundation(s) and utility services in order to determine if any bone, shell, or artifacts <br />are uncovered. Work on the site will cease immediately. The archaeologist and the Na- <br />tive American Heritage Commission and or their representative shall be consulted to de- <br />velop, if necessary, further mitigation measures to reduce any archaeological impact to a <br /> <br />PUD-50 and PTR-5572 <br /> <br />Page 15 of36 <br /> <br />June 7, 2006 <br />
