<br />c. The project developer shall revise the typical street Sections C-C and D-D as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />. The design of the rolled curb shall match the existing curb design on Cameron <br />Avenue. <br />. There shall be an eight-foot wide Public Service Easements (PSE) on the <br />development's side ofthe street. <br />. The north side of the street shall be posted for no parking. <br />. There shall be a subdrain located under the street curb and gutter on both sides <br />of the street per City standards <br /> <br />d. The existing water main on Cameron A venue between Courtney A venue and the <br />westerly project boundary shall be abandoned and a new water main installed. The <br />existing water services shall be abandoned and new services installed. The existing <br />meter and meter boxes shall be relocated behind the realigned curb per City Stan- <br />dards. The existing fire hydrant shall also be relocated to the new main. <br /> <br />g. The existing streetlights on Cameron A venue shall be relocated to a location behind <br />the new street curb per City Standards. <br /> <br />h. The existing sanitary sewer manhole on Cameron Avenue that falls behind the new <br />street curb, in a location westerly of Street "c" shown on Page Two of the develop- <br />ment plan shall be abandoned and a new manhole installed westerly of this location <br />within the realigned street. The new sanitary sewer main from Street "c" shall tie <br />into this manhole. <br /> <br />1. For the homes on Lots 10 through 18 located on the opposite side of Street "A" <br />from the bioswale, the project developer shall provide a disconnect between the roof <br />leader and the street curb to allow the low flows from the roof to be absorbed into <br />the ground while allowing larger flows to flow directly to the street gutter. <br /> <br />SR06:182 <br />Page 4 of 20 <br />
