The design (balcony etc.) is not within the tract character - original and <br />recent remodels - & not consistent with harmonv of adioining properties. <br />style that is consistent with this development is Ranch Stvle, <br /> <br />6.. Drawings are not complete with measurements and etc, <br /> <br />a. NOTE: The drawing plan A -I Plot Plan - the measurements are "not true numbers to the <br />square feet measurements of the drawings" = F.A.R. <br /> <br />7. Backyard planter area is - 4 feet next to the side of the backline fence is too narrow to <br />plant 2 - trees that will grow 16 feet tall to hide the second story <br />or minimize privacy issue - and growth would take years to reach max. <br />height for same, <br /> <br />a, The Planning Department will not name the type of trees that will be require to be <br />planted! ! <br /> <br />2 <br />
